What is Astrology? Should we believe in Astrology?
Astrology is an art that has been
practiced continuously for more than 2000 years.
It is basically analyzing all the aspects of our
life, identifying which are weak and strong and then focus on the strong areas and
make them more strong and take the control of our lives with full confidence. Then working on the weaker areas by knowing them and working on them with proper guidance.
Astrology basically makes us aware of our life’s strong and weak areas so that we know where
to focus our energies.
When an astrologer looks at our chart
he/she can see many things about us like our nature, our strengths and
weaknesses, when will one get married, good times, bad times etc. Astrology can give good guidance to
students to choose their education fields. It can let you know how you can
convert your passions to success. It can empower you emotionally. It can be the best guide for Businessmen, self employed and salaried professionals too. An Astrologer cannot do the magic in your
life. He/she can just guide you and give you the right direction at the right time.
Once a person told me that he does not believe in Astrology and he believes only in hard work. My response to him was that yes hard work is certainly the key to success, but when hard work & intelligence are combined with astrology, it can create miracles. Yes, Astrology has the power to create miracles.
If the period is favorable, chances of success and gains are multiplied and if the period is unfavorable, then one may incur huge losses. Astrology certainly guides to identify these periods.
Another instance in which I was asked by a client that he has pimples on his face and I should guide him astrologically. I told him clearly that he needs to consult a Dermatologist and not an astrologer.
So friends it is very important to take the advantage of astrology in Career predictions, whether to go for business or job, Selection of education fields for students, Match-making for marriage, Mangal dosh in kundli, Love marriage or Arranged marriage, Favorable and Unfavorable periods etc. and not for issues like pimples etc.

Now lets discuss Misconceptions with Astrology:
1. Astrologers are ignorant, uneducated or
superstitious.
That's not true at all !!
Many astrologers are well educated,
some with advanced degrees (masters or even PhD's). I am a Chemical Engineer myself with a M. Tech degree from Eindhoven University of Technology, Netherlands. I have a passion for Astrology and have been studying and practicing it for last 12 years.
Astrologers have always been masters
of keeping records of calendars and time. Astrologers named the days of the
week after planets. These records are even embedded in the code that makes
computers, smartphones and internet work.
2. When
predictions fail, we doubt astrology
If you have a bad experience with a doctor, do you stop
believing in the field of medicine or do you simply change your
doctor? Astrology is a very accurate and ancient science. It is also a highly
complicated subject to understand. It is said that one can never learn
astrology in one birth, there are so many complex calculations to be done that
only 1% of the world’s population could ‘Master’ this skill. In fact, Astrology
is more the work of a spiritual soul than that of someone who has learnt it.
Hence, when predictions fail, when astrologers tell you things that do not come
true, it does not mean that Astrology is wrong. It only means that the
Astrologer is not well-equipped.
Astrology clearly states that we write our
destiny by our thoughts, beliefs and actions and since we create it, we have
full control to ‘change’ it as well.
